My name is Michele Martin

I’m a wandering archaeologist, river runner, and traveler based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, armed with pens, watercolor pencils, and a love of making things. My work tends to focus on uninhabited, human-made features and the stories they tell in the landscape, always trying to catch the big sweeps of sky, mountains, and walls, often within a small-scale piece.
